You’ll never hear yourself say, “I wish I did more work on my wedding day.”
16 years ago I created a company that would eliminate any work that would inhibit a client or their loved ones from fully experiencing their day. Nothing but full service would do. As we got more established, design was becoming such an integral role in the experience- the ambiance of string lights, the wow factor of the moment the reception opened, not to mention the stunning Okanagan views- we knew design and full planning needed to go hand in hand. Over 200 weddings later, we’re busy creating some of most detailed and well executed events the Okanagan has to offer.
When I’m not working (and even when I am!) you’ll find me with my photographer husband, Royce Sihlis, and our two kids revelling in all the Okanagan has to offer. That or we’re knee deep in powder in Revelstoke, skiing with our kids and making our own memories we so deeply believe life is meant for.

CARLA Weiler
ASSISTANT PLANNER
Carla has worked on the CL Team for 8 seasons- each year bringing thoughtful and attentive service to each one of our clients. You can expect to hear from Carla when it comes to room blocks, transportation, scheduling updates, and floor plans. Her forte is logistics. You’ll also see her on wedding days as the lead assistant to Nikki.

Brandy spent over 10 years running her own wedding planning company and has joined the CL Team as of 2026 as a day-of assistant. Her vast amount of experience made her the perfect asset for our large scale events that required us to be in many places at once. She’ll be back with us in 2027 for all wedding days.
Tonisha has been with us for 3 seasons as a setup & teardown assistant— you can usually find her with an iron or stack of place cards in her hand as one of our most meticulous assistants. With a background in interior design, Tonisha’s keen eye for details is one of the many reasons we love her on the team.
